Rachael Medina is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist. She is passionate about working with individuals, couples and families. Rachael utilizes a warm, empathetic, strengths-based and solution-focused approach to address client concerns and help them create the change they’ve been longing to achieve but thought maybe wasn’t possible.
She can assist clients in processing, coping with and healing from painful life experiences, depression, anxiety, body image and eating concerns, strained family relationships, and partner relationships experiencing communication concerns, high levels of conflict, or those feeling that they’ve lost their connection to one another. Rachael’s training has allowed her to view mental health concerns and life’s struggles in a way that takes into consideration not only the client as an individual, but the relationships within their life and both the positive and negative impact these relationships may have.
Rachael provides support, strategies, a calming presence and an empathetic ear to help facilitate meaningful change in her clients’ lives. She believes we are all doing the best that we can every day, and that we can learn lessons and find glimmers of hope in our everyday life. Sessions are led by the client and Rachael helps hold clients accountable, develop self-awareness and insights about their experience that allow for lasting change, and help them to reframe and challenge maladaptive thoughts, change negative behaviors, and improve their mental health so that they can live the life that they deserve.
Naina has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem & depression. She believes that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Rachel Ocampo, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s degree in social work. Rachel has worked with people throughout the lifespan, from older adults to younger children. Currently, focus is working with adults having difficulty dealing with stress causing issues of anxiety and exasperated symptoms of ADHD. The hope is through therapy people can develop a toolbox of healthy coping skills to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Rachel tries to meet clients where they are at in a strength-based perspective using such therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. It is important for individuals to participate in self-care and self preservation to promote a positive self-image and maintain the ability to successfully deal with life’s obstacles. My goal as a therapist is to help individuals have the quality of life they want and not have their goals interrupted by mental health symptoms.

She has experience in outpatient, intensive outpatient and in home settings. In these settings she has provided individual, parent, family, couples/marriage and group counseling services. She also has experience providing crisis interventions to high-risk populations.
She extensive experience providing care to youth (5y-18y), adults (18+), parents, families and the elderly in various community and clinical settings. She has additional experience providing care to clients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), medical trauma and traumatic grief.
She has a diversified skill set that includes working with clients with Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, addiction, mood disorders, high functioning autism, family conflict, and conduct disorders, those identifying as LGBT+, experiencing life transitions and much more.
She provides a culturally sensitive collaborative approach designed to meet the unique needs of each individual.
